About my Commissions
Terms of Service

General Information

The following information apply to private customers.
Business customers should send their inquiries to my email to discuss possible collaborations.

  • To order a commission, send me an e-mail or contact me through social media.

  • After I received your idea I provide you with a very rough sketch which you have to approve before payment is due.

  • All payments are done via Paypal invoice in advance.

  • When I agree to a commission you get an estimate turnaround time. (I usually finish commissions within 3 to 4 weeks.)

  • You get to approve a more detailed sketch and a color WIP before the final touches are added. Changes can be applied to those steps.

  • When it comes to finished artworks, only slight changes can be applied (for example changing colors).

  • If you wish to receive different versions of the finished commission (for example normal & transparent background options), let me know in advance.

  • I will contact you regularly to inform you about progress.

What I will and what I won't draw.- I will draw: OCs, fan characters, fanart when the picture also contains a fan character (for example OC x canon ships), non-explicit/mild nudity, mild sexual themes, some animals- I will not draw: furry, mecha, explicit nudity, gore, violence

Refund Policy

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. In that case a full refund will be given.

  • There is a possibility of receiving a full refund before I start working on your commission.

  • There is a possibility of a partial refund (max. 60%) after finishing the detailed sketch.

  • Finished commissions as well as the ones far in progress are non-refundable.

  • Any delay to the completion of the commission caused by me will not result in any additional fees.

Prices are for private customers and may vary depending on complexity of the subject.

Base Price: 60 €
- Additional Character: +40 €
- Very complex Outfit: +15€
- Simple Background: +25€
- Complex Background: +40€

Fullbody Illustrations
Base Price: 90 €
- Additional Character: +50 €
- Very complex Outfit: +25€
- Simple Background: +25€
- Complex Background: +40€

Copyright and Usage of Art

- You can use your commission for anything within personal use.
- Drawing/painting over the artwork provided by me is not allowed.
- You are not allowed to use your commission for commercial purposes.If you want to use it commercially, let me know beforehand so we can discuss the options.- Always remember to credit me whenever publishing the work online. You can credit to any of my social media sites or to www.chenria.de.
